In accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the applicable Rules and Schedule VII, Pacific’s CSR initiatives shall, inter alia, focus on the following areas:
CSR activities shall be undertaken by the Company directly or through societies, NGOs, or other eligible entities, as approved by the CSR Committee, in accordance with applicable law.
Any surplus arising out of CSR projects or programs shall not form part of the business profits of the Company and shall be redeployed for CSR purposes in compliance with statutory provisions.
The CSR Committee shall determine the geographical areas for CSR initiatives, with preference given to locations where the Company operates, while ensuring broader national impact where appropriate.

Formulate and recommend the CSR Policy to the Board in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
Recommend the annual CSR expenditure and allocation across approved projects.
Review and monitor implementation and impact of CSR initiatives.
Ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with statutory requirements.
Undertake such other functions as may be delegated by the Board of Directors.
Approved implementing entities shall receive funds and/or materials as required for execution of projects. Detailed proposals outlining scope, geography, and expected impact shall be presented to the CSR Committee in duly convened meetings.
The CSR Committee shall monitor project implementation, review progress periodically, and report its observations and recommendations to the Board to ensure effective utilisation of resources and measurable impact.
