MY PACIFIC REWARDS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

  2. There is no membership fee for registration to My Pacific Rewards.
  3. A member’s mobile phone number will be their unique identification number for the membership.
  4. A member cannot have more than one account. Only one number per member will be considered an authentic account.
  5. All details are mandatory for registration in the programme. My Pacific Rewards assures complete privacy of your personal data and mobile number. It will not be shared with anyone without permission.
  6. The maximum issue of vouchers will be Rs 10,000 in a day for a particular customer, and a customer can avail a maximum of Rs 3,000 in vouchers of one brand in a month.
  7. Complimentary vouchers will be at the sole discretion of Pacific Malls, and may be changed without notice.
  8. Customers need to show or send bills dated within the last 7 days. Bills older than 7 days will not be considered.
  9. Once a voucher has been reserved, it must be collected within 4 days, after which the system may cancel the reserved voucher at any time.

  14. Members can earn or redeem their points at any Pacific Mall.
  15. Your slab will be evaluated as per your parent mall. The parent mall is defined by the location of the first bill uploaded. For example, if you upload your first bill from Pacific Tagore Garden, your parent mall will be allocated as Pacific Tagore Garden; however, if you next shop at Pacific Dwarka D21, your points will still be evaluated as per the Tagore Garden slab, not the Dwarka slab. Once you cross the accrual stage, the earned points will be clubbed with the cumulative usable points.
  16. Shopping bills from CDIT brands, such as premium watches, jewellery, home category and furnishing, and electronics, will only be accounted for at 2 per cent of the bill value across membership slabs (for example, if an Influencer-tier member submits a bill worth Rs 20,000 from Croma, their earned points will be 2 per cent of Rs 20,000, instead of 7 per cent).
  17. Jewellery instalment receipts will not be accepted; only the final product bill will be evaluated for points.
  18. Membership points, benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may only be used by the member.
  19. Benefits will only be evaluated as per the parent mall.
  20. Points of different members cannot be clubbed.
